Ingredients
1 pack Schweid & Sons Signature Series: The Chuck Brisket 5.3 oz
1 pack bacon
2 c shredded extra sharp cheddar cheese
2 potato buns
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. With your thumb, make a small indendation in the center of a burger patty, and fill with one cup of cheese.
  3. Place a second burger patty on top of the cheesed patty, and seal by wetting your fingers and crimping the edge.
  4. Place four strips of bacon in an asterick pattern and place burger in the center.
  5. Wrap bacon around burger until completely covered.
  6. Repeat with remaining two burgers.
  7. Place bacon-wrapped burger on a prepared baking sheet and insert into oven on the center rack.
  8. Cook 30-40 minutes, or until beef reaches internal temperature of 160 degrees.
  9. Place burger between bun.
